TOMZN Din Rail 230V Adjustable Over and Under Voltage Protective… is an adjustable over/under-voltage protector for DIN-rail mounting.

A voltage protector watches the incoming supply and disconnects the load when voltage strays outside the range you set, reconnecting automatically once it returns to normal. That is the specific failure this guards against: not a short circuit, which an ordinary breaker already handles, but sustained over-voltage or under-voltage — the condition that quietly destroys motors, compressors and power supplies. On a supply that sags and surges, it is the difference between replacing a device and never noticing the event.
