A circuit breaker protects the cable, not the appliance. It trips when current exceeds what the wiring can carry safely, which is why the rating must match the cable size rather than the load you would like to run.

The range covers DIN rail smart breakers from 40A to 100A, in single and two-pole configurations, many with Wi-Fi monitoring and remote switching.

Specifying a breaker

• Current rating — chosen from the cable cross-section, never simply increased to stop nuisance tripping.
• Poles — 1P for single-phase circuits, 2P where neutral must also be isolated.
• Smart models — add remote switching, energy monitoring and automatic reclosing after a fault clears.
• Reclosable types — restore supply automatically after a transient trip, useful for pumps and remote sites.
